Glutenfree bread made by Sweden

Here comes a recipe for gluten-free bread with cricket flour. The bread is tasty and has the distinct taste of cricket flour. Next time we’ll try to put some sort of bread spice to enhance the experience further. Enjoy!

bild(1)12 gram dry yeast
2 cups cold water
4 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
About 3 cups gluten-free flour and 2 cups cricket flour

* Mix all the ingredients and mix until you get a smooth and thick batter.
* Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
* Click the batter into three piles & shape them with floured hands to small ciabatta bread.
* Allow the loaves to rise under a cloth for about 50 minutes.
* Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
* Bake your ciabatta bread in the oven for about 15-20 min.
* Let cool on a rack for a while.
